Lightning Hazard Analysis of Zhongling Cableway in Luanchuan Laojun Mountain and the Design and Practice of the Integrated Lightning Protection
Abstract：The Laojun mountain cableway not only has the long overhead lines, but also lies in a thunderstorm-prone area. Most of its control system is weak current equipment, once the cableway is lack of lightning protection measures, personnel and the cableway equipment are easy to be struck by thunder. Based on the local lightning disaster history, terrain, microclimatic characteristic, thunderstorm climato- logical characteristic and the lightning location from 2009--2011, this paper analyzes the lightning disas- ter, lightning invasion way and reasons of Laojun mountain scenic spot. According to the local geogra- phy, environment, meteorology and the lightning activity characteristic, the external direct lightning pro- tection should keep coordination and comprehensive protection with internal lightning overvohage, equi-potent, screening and perfect grounding protection technology. Through the practical application, the scheme has a good lightning protection effect on cableway lightning engineering in Luanchuan Laojun mountain scenic spot.
