Risk Zonation of High Temperature Disaster in Luoyang Based on GIS
Abstract:Using the historical climate data and geographic information data during 1961--2010 of Luoyang area, through analyzing the four factors such as disaster-causing factor, disaster-pregnant envi-ronment factor, vulnerability factor of hazard bearing body and the disaster prevention and mitigation fac-tor, the paper builds the high temperature disaster risk evaluation system by using the analytical hierarchy process to ascertain the weight of each factor. It selects the high temperature days of Luoyang nine obser-vation stations, and uses the Pearson Ⅲ probability density model from different frequency to speculate the high-temperature impact and analyze high temperature risk factor. Based on Luoyang basis of GIS da- ta, it selects the altitude and drainage density for evaluating the disasters-pregnant environment factor in-dicator. The paper uses Luoyang land use classification to analyze the potential vulnerability of different land types bearing body, taking into account the proportion of the high temperature to vulnerable popula-tion as a vulnerability factor index of hazard bearing body. The disaster prevention and mitigation factor in general takes advantage of the township financial income levels and per capita disposable income as quan- titative indicators. It can be seen from the zoning map: the northern part of the overall temperature level of risk is higher than the south; northeast, central have the highest risk rating, the highest of which are the central of Yanshi, western and southern of Yichuan regions, northern areas of Songxian level of risk ; high level of risk distribution Xin' an, Yiyang, the eastern part of Yichuan, Mengjin east and west, cen-tral region of Songxian; Luanchuan, south of Songxian, west of Luoning have the lowest level of risk.
