Development of Internet Meteorological Information Collection and Display System
Abstract：By using Visual Basic technology, the display system which can collect, arrange and auto- matically downloaded the valuable weather information for daily weather forecasting in the internet, such as numerical weather prediction data, synoptic chart of real time, satellite images and radar echo chart were developed and it is a good supplement to MICAPS. The software has automatic update and bulk transfer functions, can automatically download and update resources in non-critical period for forecasting and call information in important period with zero lag time, raise work efficiency.
