Study on Water Supply Forecasting Method in the Water Resources Allocation
Abstract：Water supply forecasts are basic of the water resources allocation, and the results of the water resources allocation are decided by the water supply forecasts. The general forecast method isn＇ t adapted to the actual situation. The available water supply is defined considering the water quality and water right. A method of computing available water supply is advised combined the actual things of the area. The Xinzheng city is taken as an example for analysis. The forecasting results accord with the actual things. And they can provide reference for water resources allocation and water system plan.
