Vulnerability Analysis and Risk Zoning of Regional Lightning Disaster in Henan Province
Abstract：According to the lightning disaster data from 2001 to 2010,the thunderstorm day from 2006 to 2010,annual thunderstorm days,lightning disaster frequency,economic vulnerability module and vital vulnerability module were selected as assessment indices of risk zoning of regional lightning disaster.Based on them,the vulnerability assessment structures of thunderstorm disasters in each city of Henan are given.Based on the vulnerability analysis of each district and county in Henan,a comprehensive evaluation of the weakness and vulnerability of each district and county in Henan is made and the vulnerability degree of each district is calculated.And also vulnerability zoning is made in Henan by means of GIS.
