Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between soil bacterial community structure and tobacco bacterial wilt disease, the soil bacterial composition and diversity in tobacco bacterial wilt disease nursery were investigated by 454 pyrosequencing. The results indicated that a total of 1 963 effective reads were obtained from soil sample, which belonged to 14 phyla of bacteria, uncultured bacteria and unclassified bacteria.Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Chloroflexi,Acidobacteria,Planctomycetes,Actinobacteria and Gemmatimonadetes were dominant taxa, accounting for 29.91%,17.10%,13.73%,11.46%,7.08%,6.40% of the total bacterial groups in the soil, respectively. The lower abundance of Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria might be associated with the occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt disease.
