Abstract:Sunflower broomrape is one kind of holoparasitic weeds which parasite on the roots of sunflower.Collection of sunflower root soil was based on growth period of sunflower and parasitic severity of sunflower broomrape, and the relation between the parasitic severity of sunflower broomrape and soil nutrient was determined. When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism, mild parasitism and severe parasitism, the average contents of soil organic matter were 1.46 g/kg,2.70 g/kg,3.60 g/kg,indicating that the soil organic matter could significantly promote the parasitism of sunflower broomrape. When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism, mild parasitism and severe parasitism, the average contents of soil available nitrogen were 30.49 mg/kg,35.01 mg/kg and 40.44 mg/kg,indicating that the soil available nitrogen could promote the parasitism of sunflower broomrape. The soil nitrate nitrogen also displayed a certain promoting action for the parasitism of sunflower broomrape, but the promoting action was not significant. When the parasitic severities of sunflower broomrape were no parasitism, mild parasitism and severe parasitism, the average contents of soil available phosphorus were 15.55 mg/kg,12.74 mg/kg,8.74 mg/kg,indicating that the parasitism of sunflower broomrape was significantly inhibited by soil available phosphorus. For the effect on the parasitism of sunflower broomrape, there was no absolute content threshold of soil organic matter, available nitrogen and available phosphorus.
