Research Progress on Application of DDGS in Pig and Chicken Feed and Quality Control

Abstract：Distillers dried grains with solubles(DDGS) as a high protein feed,has mitigated the situation of domestic protein feed shortage.DDGS is quite variable in nutritional content and quality,impacting on the reasonable configuration and its application effect in livestock and poultry diet formula.Therefore,the paper summarized the application effect and quality control of DDGS in pig and chicken diet,and new technologies of nutritional value evaluation(simulated digestion technology and NIRS) of DDGS,so as to lay the foundation for the scientific application in pig and chicken diet formula.
