Abstract:The experiment of cow manure fermentation by inoculating exogenous microbes were per-formed, and the effects of the raw material ratio, strains ratio, C to N ratio, culture temperature and fer-mentation time on the organic nitrogen content in cow manure were studied, so as to provide a reference for a large number of compost production experiments and research. The results showed that when the ra-tio of Aspergillus niger 3324 to Trichoderma viride JD-1 to Candida utilis C-1 to Candida Albicans F-2 was 1∶3∶3∶3 , the ratio of cow manure to corn stalks was 3∶1 , the ratio of C to N was 2∶1 , culture tempera-ture was 30 ℃, fermentation time was 4 d, the organic nitrogen content was the highest with 2. 38%.
