Screening of Fungicides for Control of Tobacco Target Spot

Abstract：In order to screen out the suitable fungicides to control tobacco target spot,the laboratory test and field test were carried out to determine the control effect of 15 different fungicides on tobacco target spot in Dandong. The laboratory test showed that 30% difenoconazole propiconazole EC, 20%thifluzamide SC and other 11 fungicides were suitable for field test,which had a certain inhibition effect on the pathogen of tobacco target spot. The results of the field test indicated that the relative control effects of eight fungicides against tobacco target spot were more than 50%, in which 30% difenoconazole propiconazole EC and 20% thifluzamide SC were better than other fungicides. On the 7th day after applying the two fungicides for the first time, the relative control effects on tobacco target spot were 46. 71% and 46. 56%,when applying them for the second time,the relative control effects could be 76. 95% and 72. 33% on the 7th day,therefore they were suitable for controlling tobacco target spot disease in Dandong area.
