Advance in Quality Changes of Redried Lamina of Flue-cured Tobacco during Natural Alcoholization

Abstract：Alcoholization plays an important role in improving the quality of redried lamina of flue-cured tobacco. This paper introduced the alcoholization mechanism and the variation of quality evaluation inde-xes of redried lamina during the natural alcoholization,and discussed the factors affecting the effect of na-tural alcoholization,put forward several key issues that the natural alcoholization research faces currently, and finally prospected the development foreground of natural alcoholization.
