Abstract:In order to explore the effect of different planting patterns on Scrophulariaceae growing soil proper-ties in Guizhou, and seek the optimum planting pattern for Scrophulariaceae, the pH value, organic matter, total N,total P contents in Scrophulariaceae growing soil under different planting patterns were tested in Guizhou, and the ratios of soil C∶N,C∶P and N∶P under different planting patterns were studied. The results showed that the soil was slightly acidic under different planting patterns. The order of soil pH value was succession crop-ping>intercropping >rotation, the differences between rotation and succession cropping, intercropping were significant. The orders of organic matter and total N contents were the same as rotation> intercropping> suc-cession cropping, the differences for organic matter and total N contents between rotation and succession crop-ping were all significant. The order of soil total P content was succession cropping>intercropping>rotation, the difference between rotation and succession cropping was significant. The order of soil C∶N under different planting patterns was intercropping>rotation> succession cropping,C∶N under intercropping was 2. 3 times the ration under the succession cropping,2. 2 times the ration under rotation, showing that soil organic matter decomposition rate was slower under intercropping. The soil N∶P was small, and the mutual difference was small, the order was rotation> intercropping> succession cropping. The order of soil C∶P was intercropping>rotation> succession cropping,C∶P under intercropping was 2. 8 times the ration under succession cropping, 1. 9 times the ration under rotation.
