Abstract:To identify the function of SOS1 genes in halophytes Spartina alterniflora and resilience mech-anisms,the transgenic rice seedlings overexpressing SaSOS1 were analyzed. Molecular identification and phenotypic identification showed that the transgenic lines 13 -4,15 -6,16 -1,16 -2,19 -4,19 -6 were positive. The lines 13 -4,16 -2 were treated with 250 mmol/L NaCl,showing greater salt toler-ance. Physiological characteristics analysis showed that, compared with the wild type Nipponbare plants, 13-4 and 16-2 plants had high moisture content, high glucose levels, and maintained low MDA content and conductivity. It can be seen that transgenic lines can effectively reduce the salt stress injury and keep good growth state.
