Abstract:According to the number of viable cells, the liquid fermentation technique of Paecilomyces lilacinus E16 was optimized by the single factor and orthogonal design experiments. The best liquid medium of E1 6 was determined as following:sugar 1.5%(mass fraction),soybean powder 1%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%,zinc sulfate 0.01%.And the optimum culture conditions were determined as following:an initial pH value of 6,500 mL flasks, liquid volume of 30%,inoculum amount of 5%,culture temperature of 30 ℃,shaking speed of 150 r/min, cultivating for 4 d.Under the optimal medium and fermentation conditions, the number of viable cells of P.lilacinus E16 was 9.80×109 cfu/mL,increasing by one order of magnitude compared with before optimization.
