Study on Differentiation and Dedifferentiation of Oryza ruf ipogon Griff

Abstract：The N6D and NB medium containing different hormones (IAA ,NAA ,2 ,4 D ,6 BA and KT)were used to study the callus rate of Oryza rufipogon Griff ,so as to determine the best medium for O .ruf ipogon Griff .And the shoot induction rate from embryonic calli was also ob-served .The result showed that ,after the seeds were placed on medium for 7d ,the callus ratio from N6D medium with 6.0 mg/L 2 ,4 D ,3.0 mg/L NAA ,3.0 mg/L IAA ,1.5 mg/L KT was 56.7% ,while the diameter of callus reached to 0.31 cm .And then the callus of O .ruf ipogon Griff were transferred to MS dedifferentiation medium for 24 d ,the callus became the green plants .This is a quick system for differentiation and dedifferentiation of O .ruf ipogon Griff .
