Bioinformatics Analysis on Annexin of M aize

Abstract：The differential annexin from the infertility and fertility leaves of thermo-photo-sensi-tive male-sterile maize was obtained by mass spectrometry ,which was analyzed by bioinformatics tools to predict the following aspects :physical and chemical properties ,signal peptide ,se condary structure ,tertiary structure and subcellular location .The results showed that annexin was the soluble protein with a theoretical isoelectric point of 7 .13 ,the main secondary structures of w hich were alpha helix and random coil .According to the homology analysis ,the annexin protein and QMEAN4 had similar advanced structures ,which homology degree reached to 64 .42% and be-longed to the same(or different) branch .
