Abstract：T he classification of the quorum sensing system in the gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria ,the relationships between bacterial quorum sensing and agriculture manufacture as well as biofilm formation were reviewed .The prospect of the quorum sensing research in the bacteria w as also discussed .
