Abstract:The synthetic hexaploid wheats were used as material to study the expression of key en-zymes genes (GS1 ,GS2 ,G6PD H and S PS) related to nitrogen and sugar metabolism in the early period of wheat allopolyploidization by RT-PCR technology .The results showed that the GS1 gene expression level of hexaploid wheat was much higher than its MPV ,while the GS2 gene ex-pression level of hexaploid wheat was consistent with its parents .The G6PDH and SPS gene ex-pression levels in the hexaploid wheat were lower than its MPV in different degrees .
Keywords:synthetic hexaploid wheatglutaminesynthetaseglucose-6-phosphate dehydroge-nasesucrose phosphate synthasegene expression
