Abstract：Objective To construct the medical system of future battlefield of Chinese army based on the guideline of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)(2024 version),so as to provide reference for the theory,practice and technical development of war casualty care in China.Methods Through literature review and public reports,combined with the latest revision of the TCCC guidelines(2024 version),the technical innovation,multidisciplinary collaboration mode and intelligent application progress of TCCC were systematically reviewed,and the future development priorities of TCCC in Chinese Army were put forward based on actual combat requirements.Results The innovation of TCCC,such as stand-ardized process,hemostatic technology optimization and virtual reality training technology,was reshaping the TCCC sys-tem.Conclusion The Chinese army can improve its battlefield treatment ability through the technical update of TCCC,the transformation of treatment mode and the future development focus of Chinese army.
