Challenges and Strategies for Military Special Drugs in Practice of Clinical Trial

Abstract：Objective To explore the difficulties and challenges faced in clinical trials of military special drugs,so as to provide reference for developing relevant policy formulation,recruiting the clinical experiments,ethical review and other aspects of clinical trials.Methods Through literature review and case analysis of clinical trials of military special drugs,the problems and challenges in clinical trials of military special drugs were identified and summarized.Results Research has found that the main difficulties faced by clinical trials of military special drugs including difficulties in recrui-ting subjects,complexity of ethical review,challenges in trial implementation and uncertainty in the regulatory environ-ment of clinical trials.Conclusion Clinical trials of military special drugs face a series of unique difficulties and challenges due to their specificity.To overcome these difficulties,cross regional cooperation,policy support and optimization and in-novation of process models are needed during trial execution.This study provides some insights for the improvement of clinical trials of military special drugs,so as to provide reference for future research and practice.
