Abstract:Objective To investigate the status quo and related influencing factors of tactical combat casualty care(TCCC)level among military civilian nurses. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to selected 233 military civilian nurses undergoing professional training in a military university in July 2023,and self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate their level of TCCC knowledge and skills. Results The overall average self-evaluation score of TC-CC knowledge and skills of civilian nurses were at medium level, the average score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was the highest, while technical proficiency in trauma airway management and invasive procedures scored significantly lower.Civilian nurses with experience in special missions or TCCC-related training reported significantly higher self-assessment scores in basic concepts, classification of injuries, critical rescue techniques and other rescue skills compared to those without such experience or training(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to establish systematic and tiered training framework that focuses on strengthening core skills in weak areas while incorporating TCCC strategies, aiming to compre-hensively enhance the medical support capabilities of civilian nurses.
