Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of MOTOmed virtual scene combined with proprioceptive training in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 136 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were treated in the author's hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected, and they were divided into observation group(MOTOmed virtual scene combined with proprioceptive training,n=68)and control group(proprioceptive training,n=68)according to random number table method. Both groups underwent continuous training for 8 weeks. The hemiplegia status and range of motion(ROM)of pa-tients in two groups were observed, and the score of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS),10 m walking speed, modified Barthel index(MBI)and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)of the patients in two groups were recorded and the satisfaction of two groups were counted. Results Compared to control group, the improvement of limb hemiplegia was better in the observation group(P<0.05);after treatments, the ROM of patients in two groups increased com-pared with those before, and the data of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);the scores of FMA,BBS,10 m walking speed,MBI and SF-36 scores of patients in two groups increased compared with those before treatments, and the data of the ob-servation group was higher(all P<0.001);satisfaction with the rehabilitation effects in observation group was higher than con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MOTOmed virtual scene combined with proprioceptive training in stroke patients with hemiplegia has positive significance in improving the condition of hemiplegia, which can improve the ROM and the function of movement, balance and walking, and further promote the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promo-tion.
