Abstract：[Introduction]There are some certain mental health issues in recruits,but the current military mental health man-agement system is not well-established,and there are discrepancies in mental health assessment standards,incomplete mental health records and no standardized procedures for handling psychological and psychiatric problems.The Psychiatry Professional Committee of the Military Medical Science and Technology Committee of Chinese People's Liberation Army organized discussions and formulated the Expert Consensus on Mental Health Management of Recruits(version 2025)(applicable to all military personnel),aiming to provide comprehensive,specific and actionable recommendations for the mental health management of recruits,and to guide grassroots units and related system hospitals.
