Practice and Reflection on the "Three Sites and Four Steps" Training Mode of the Field Medical Team in a Joint Logistic Hospital

Abstract：Objective To explore ways to improve the quality of in-battalion and in-team training of field medical teams in the joint logistic hospital and their ability to carry out medical support for diversified military operations,in view of the problems existing in the training of field medical teams in the joint logistic hospital at the present stage,the training mode of "three sites and four steps" was creatively put into practice.Methods "Three sites" of "extraction site","gathering site" and "operation site" were distinguished,according to the "four steps" of "normal training" in camp train-ing,"group training" in collaboration training and "segmented training first,followed by coherent training" in team train-ing,the field medical team of the hospital was organized to complete the in-battalion and in-team training.Results The training mode of "three sites and four steps" could realize the practical needs of rapid command and execution,full-process support and guarantee,reasonable maneuver routes,strict organization and deployment,clear responsibilities and coordi-nated support of each unit.Conclusion The "three sites and four steps" training mode of the field medical team of the joint logistic hospital can combine the actual characteristics of the hospital,the mission of the field medical team and the requirements of the training outline,clarify the focus of each stage of training,adopt standardized training mode and ef-fective training means,and effectively improve the ability of the field medical team in real battle service.
