Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of adjuvant treatments on blood fat and renal function in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 65 DKD patients treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of nephrology and endocrinology in the author's hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the re-search objects, according to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into control group(n=32)and experi-mental group(n=33).Both groups of DKD patients were given basic treatments such as blood glucose control and blood pressure control, the control group was administered 20 mg atorvastatin calcium tablets, while the experimental group re-ceived additional Jiahua tablets(0.3 g × 6 tablets),observed for 12 weeks,on the basis of the control group. The com-bined medication of DKD patients in the two groups was recorded;the blood glucose, blood lipid, urine protein and renal function of the two groups of DKD patients before and after treatments were compared;the blood routine and liver enzyme safety indexes of the patients were observed. Results There was no significant difference in combined medication between the two groups of DKD patients(P>0.05).Be-fore treatments, there were no significant differences in glucose and lipid metabolism indexes, urinary protein and renal function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatments,2 hour postprandial blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglo-bin type A1c(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),24-hour urinary protein quantity(UTP)level in the two groups of DKD pa-tients after treatments were significantly lower than those before(all P<0.05).After treatments, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,UACR and UTP in DKD patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The safety indicators of DKD patients in the two groups suggested that there were no obvious toxic and side effects. Conclusion In the adjuvant treatments of patients with DKD,Jiahua tablet can not only protect renal function, but also improve lipid metabolism disorders of the patients.
