Curative Effect of the Modified Lingguizhugan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Moxibustion in the Yang-deficiency Water-generalized Chronic Heart Failure in the Heat Sensitive Group

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of the modified Lingguizhugan Decoction combined with acu-point moxibustion on Yang-deficiency water-generalized chronic heart failure in heat sensitive group.Methods A total of 100 patients with Yang-deficiency water-generalized chronic heart failure,who were admitted from October 2021 to Octo-ber 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group received the modified Lingguizhugan Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion in heat sensitive group on the basis of the conventional treatment in the control group,and the treatment course for both groups was 3 months.The clinical efficacy,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,inflammatory factor,serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),6 min walking distance and echocardiogram parameters of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.00％)was higher than that of the control group(78.00％)(x2=7.161,P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatments,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the levels of interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),NT-proBNP,left atrial diame-ter(LAD)and interventricular septal thickness in diastole(IVSd)of the patients in both groups decreased,and the 6 min walking distance was prolonged.The above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The modified Lingguizhugan Decoction combined with acupoint moxi-bustion at heat sensitive group for the treatment of Yang-deficiency water-generalized chronic heart failure can re-duce the inflammatory response of patients,improve cardiac function and enhance exercise endurance.
