Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors and development trends of the psychological health status of chinese surface ship force officers and soldiers based on symptom check list 90(SCL-90).Methods The Review Man-ager 5.3 software was used to organize and analyze the SCL-90 related surveys and research on chinese surface ship force officers and soldiers based on the databases such as CNKI,Chongqing VIP and Wanfang from establishment of the data-base to July 2023.Systematic evaluations were conducted based on different influencing factors. Results A total of 19 articles were included, with 3 560 surface ship force officers and soldiers. The average effect size of 9 SCL-90 factors of surface ship force after voyage was positive val-ue compared with that before voyage, with somatization[weighted mean difference(WMD)=0.19,95%confidence in-terval(CI):0.14-0.24,P<0.001],compulsive(WMD=0.15,95%CI:0.06-0.24,P=0.001),interpersonal sen-sitivity(WMD=0.15,95%CI:0.01-0.28,P=0.040),depression(WMD=0.17,95%CI:0.02-0.32,P=0.030),hostility(WMD=0.10,95%CI:0.02-0.18,P=0.020),terror(WMD=0.05,95%CI:0.01-0.09,P=0.030)and neuropathy(WMD=0.12,95%CI:0.00-0.23,P=0.040)showed significant differences. The SCL-90 factor was positive compared with the average effect size of the 2016 military norm, with somatization(WMD=0.18,95%CI:0.10-0.26,P<0.001),compulsion(WMD=0.16,95%CI:0.05-0.27,P=0.003),interpersonal sensi-tivity(WMD=0.23,95%CI:0.12-0.34,P<0.001),depression(WMD=0.16,95%CI:0.06-0.25,P<0.001),anxiety(WMD=0.13,95%CI:0.05-0.22,P=0.001),hostility(WMD=0.18,95%CI:0.09-0.28,P<0.001),terror(WMD=0.09,95%CI:0.03-0.15,P<0.001),paranoia(WMD=0.19,95%CI:0.11-0.28,P<0.001),and neuropathy(WMD=0.14,95%CI:0.07-0.21,P<0.001)showed significant differences. At the same time, the average effect sizes of SCL-90 factor of hospital ship officers and soldiers was negative value compared with the 2016 mili-tary norm, but the difference was not significant. However, the average effect sizes of SCL-90 factors of the officers and soldiers on the escort ships, measurement ships, landing ships and destroyers were positive value compared with the 2016 military norm.Only the anxiety factors of negative compared with the 2016 military norm on the escort ships, landing ship and the terror factors of negative compared with the 2016 military norm on the escort ships were not significantly dif-ferent;compared to the open type, the officers and soldiers of the closed surface ship only exhibit somatization(WMD=0.22,95%CI:0.10-0.34,P<0.001),and the difference was significant and positive. Conclusion The overall psycho-logical health status of officers and soldiers after the voyage is significantly lower than that before voyage, and the psychological health levels of psychological of different ship types basically follow the rule of measurement ship<destroyer ship<landing ship<escort ship<hospital ship, while the impact of cabin sealing on their psychological health is limited to somatization factors.
