Abstract:Objective To analyze the inflection point age of common chronic diseases in military personnel in a cer-tain region, guide the risk stratification management of hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia in military person-nel in the region, implement precise policies, and provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and control of chronic diseases in the whole army. Methods Military personnel who underwent health examinations in the health medicine de-partment of a certain hospital in the past 5 years were collected as research subjects, and the general information(gender, age),blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid indexes were extracted. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of age prediction of hypertension, fasting hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia was drawn, and the inflection age of the change in the incidence level was determined, and the changes in the incidence of hypertension, fasting hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia before and after the inflection age were verified. Results The gender ratio of the military physical examina-tion population in a certain region was 5.57:1,and the age distribution ranged from 16 to 103 years old,20 to 55 years old was the main population for physical examination, accounting for 87.89%.The incidence of hypertension, fasting hy-perglycemia and dyslipidemia was 5.68%,6.32%and 17.85%respectively.The inflection point ages of hypertension in males and females were 43.5 and 48.5 years old respectively, with the area under the curve(AUC)of 0.766 and 0.864 respectively;the inflection point ages of fasting hyperglycemia in males and females were 43.5 and 44.5 years old respec-tively,with the AUC of 0.843 and 0.835 respectively;the inflection point ages of dyslipidemia in males and females were 30.5 and 43.5 years old respectively, with the AUC of 0.706 and 0.753 respectively. The risk of hypertension in males aged>43.5 was 5.682 times than those aged ≤43.5(x2=2781.131,P<0.001),and the risk of hypertension in females aged>48.5 was 20.604 times than those aged ≤48.5(x2=1270.874,P<0.001).The risk of fasting hy-perglycemia in males aged>43.5 was 10.930 times than those aged ≤43.5(x2=5649.400,P<0.001).The risk of fasting hyperglycemia in females aged>44.5 was 8.833 times than those aged ≤44.5(x2=667.0902,P<0.001);the risk of dyslipidemia in males aged>30.5 was 8.706 times than those aged ≤30.5(x2=4761.735,P<0.001),and the risk of dyslipidemia in females aged>43.5 was 5.270 times than those aged ≤43.5(x2=810.441,P<0.001).Conclusion The occurrence of hypertension, fasting hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia has obvious age inflection points, and the risk of disease occurrence before and after the inflection point is significantly different. The incidence of disease increases exponentially after the inflection point, suggesting that it is of great significance to actively carry out a series of chronic disease popular science activities for military-related risk person-nel,provide correct lifestyle guidance, and prevent and intervene early.
