Abstract:Objective To study the occupational health status of propellant operators in a certain dapartment. Methods The differences of general data, laboratory examination and auxiliary examination indexes of 168 propellant op-erators in a certain department were analyzed,so as to explore the effect of the occupational exposure of propellant on the body. Results There was no significant difference in age, pulse rate, blood pressure, and body mass index(BMI)and other general informations between observation group and control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine, liver function, kidney function and other laboratory tests, chest film, electrocardiogram, abdominal ul-trasound and other auxiliary tests between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The age, personnel ratio of fatty liver in long-term operations were significantly higher than short-term operations(P<0.001),and there were no significant changes on the remaining indicators to the short-term operations(P>0.05).Conclusion The health status of the propellant operators is generally good and has not been significantly affected by occupational exposure risk factors,it is very necessary to strengthen occupational health monitoring, take better health protection, and ensure the physical and mental health of liquid propellant operators in the future.
