Clinical Research of Shenxiong Glucose Injection Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of HIE Neo-nates

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injection(SGI)combined with mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)and its influence on serum myelin basic protein(MBP)and nerve growth factor(NGF)levels.Methods A total of 120 neonates with HIE in the hospital from August 2021 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by stratified randomization grouping method,with 60 neonates in each.The control group was treated with SGI,while the observation group was treated with SGI+mNGF.The therapeutic effect,test of infant motor performance(TIMP)score,neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)score,blood gas indicators[lactic acid(Lac),pon-dus hydrogenii(pH),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),base excess(BE),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)],MBP and NGF levels of the patients were observed between two groups,and the differences in adverse events were observed between two groups during medication.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group(91.67％)was significantly higher than that in control group(75.00％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pH,PaO2,BE,TIMP,NBNA and NGF in two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the indicators in observation group were higher than those in contrl group,the difference was statistically significant(all P＜0.05);the levels of PaCO2,Lac and MBP in two groups decreased significantly,and the indicators in control group was lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse events between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of SGI combined with mNGF in the treatment of neonatal HIE has significant efficacy,which can improve the blood oxygenation function,enhance the motor ability,reduce the level of serum MBP and improve the NGF level of the neonates,and it has a significant effect on repairing neonatal neurological damage.
