Exploration of the Application of Doctor-nurse-patient Integration Model in Whole-process Management of Patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of doctor-nurse-patient integration model in whole-process man-agement of patients.Methods Doctor-nurse-patient integration model was established and applied to whole-process man-agement of patients;before the implementation,27 doctors,60 nurses and 382 patients who were admitted to the author's department from June to July 2021 were selected as the control group;after the implementation,27 doctors and 60 nurses in the original department and 382 patients admitted to the author's department from February to March 2022 were select-ed as the observation group.The two groups were investigated and compared in terms of the degree of medical coopera-tion,disease awareness rate of the responsible nurses,the satisfaction of patients,the follow-up rate and the return visit rate by questionnaires.Results The degree of cooperation between doctors and nurses,disease awareness rate of the re-sponsible nurses,the satisfaction of patients,the follow-up rate and the return visit rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation and exploration of the doctor-nurse-patient integration work mode in the whole process of patient management has achieved remarkable results,which has significant value in improving the overall quali-ty of medical services of the hospital,and is worthy of popularization and application.
