Discussion of Femoral Vein Indwelling Needle Infusion Methods on Rescue Training Platform

Abstract：Objective To explore the infusion methods of femoral vein indwelling needle under sea,land,and air transportation.Methods Twenty frontier defense medical students were given a-week intensive training of femoral vein indwelling needle infusion on the rescue training platform of war wound under sea,land and air transportation.Training was from easy to difficult gradually.The femoral vein indwelling needle infusion methods under complex exercise conditions were key training.The aseptic concept,enemy view,saving time,patients' care ("four concepts" of actual combat)and risk management were throughout the whole training.Results The good rate of femoral vein indwelling needle infusion on the rescure training platform of war wound,one-time success rate of puncture,limit completion rate were 80％,80％ and 90％,respectively.Conclusion The training of femoral vein indwelling needle infusion by using rescue training platform can improve multi-channel intravenous infusion skills of rescure people for providing referential experiences of femoral vein indwelling needle infusion under complex exercise conditions.
