Abstract:Objective To explore the application of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in the intra-operative warming for patients with neurosurgical microsurgery. Methods A total of 118 patients underwent neurosurgical microsurgery were divided into the control group (60 cases) and experimental group (58 cases). The control group was used traditional temperature holding nursing, and the experimental group was implemented fast track temperature holding nursing. The temperature holding effects were compared between two groups. Results The intra-operative and post-operative body temperatures in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The incidences of hypothermia and the complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).The anesthesia wake-up time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion ERAS in neurosurgical microsurgery patients with intra operative temperature holding has obvious advantages, specifically in reducing the incidence of hypothermia and the complications, shortening anesthesia wake-up time,to achieve the purpose of patients with accelerated recovery.
