Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influence of ground pressure breathing training on the cardioelectricity activities of high performance fighter pilots. Methods A total of 682 high performance fighter pilots were detected the cardioelectricity activities in the ground pressure breathing training. Results The heart rates of all pilots after training increased to varying degree.Among three different instant overbottom pressure [(3.99-5.95),(5.95-7.91) and (7.91-9.80) kPa],the heart rates under the last two pressures were significantly more than before (P<0.05).The heart rates of the first two groups to 3 min were higher than before the test (P<0.05).Three pilots developed occasional atrial or ventricular premature beats in the process of training.Nine pilots appeared T wave changes,of which 3 pilots were T wave inversion (Ⅱ,Ⅲ,AVF) and 6 pilots were low flat T wave (Ⅱ,Ⅲ,AVF).One pilot appeared ST segment down 0.05 mV.One hundred and thirty-six pilots increased in P wave voltage. After 1 minute rest, the electrocardiogram of them was back to normal.Condusion Ground pressure breathing training have a certain effect on electrical activities of pilots. The heart rate,P wave and T wave of them were changed in varying degrees. So pay more attention to electrocardiogram monitoring, especially with longer duration, and review after training.
