Abstract:Objective To retrospectively analyze the correlation analysis of hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after thrombolytic therapy on cerebral ischemic stroke conbined with cerebral microbleed (CMB).Methods A total of 97 cerebral ischemic stroke patients with detail data were retrospectively analyzed in the emergency or neurology department of author's Hospital from October 2014 to September 2016.All patients were received thrombolytic therapy with alteplase.According to whether or not HT occurred, all patients were divided into HT group and non-HT group. The number of detected CMB by (magnetic resonance imaging,MRI) were statistical analyzed. Results The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores of two group before thrombolysis were (17.21 ± 4.11) and (13.46 ± 2.77) scores, respectively. There was significantly difference between two groups (P<0.05).The age, incidence rate of diabetes, hypertension, atrial fibrillation and others of HT group were markedly higher than these of non-HT group (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that moderate-severe CMB,cardiogenic cerebral embolism and NIHSS score were independent risk factors of hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Conclusion The moderate-severe CMB is an independent risk factor for hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
