Investigation and Analysis of Basic Health Status of Emergency Rescue Team on Reserve Duty

Abstract：Objective To investigate the basic knowledge,health skills and influencing factors of emergency rescue team (non-health or medical emergency rescue team) to provide the training basis for making and developing the skills operation and field application of rescue.Methods The basic health skills survey was conducted among 393 people in safety production and 439 people in public incident of emergency rescue team with stratified cluster sampling method.Results The qualified rate of health basic skills was 75.54％.Among them,the qualified rates of safety production and public incident in emergency rescue team were 73.77％ and 77.10％,respectively.The rate of self-help skills was higher,conversely,the rate of communal skills was lower.Conclusion There is still a certain room for improvement in the basic health skills of emergency rescue team.The training of medical knowledge should be developed and deepened more,and relevant professional rescue skills mastered well.
