Abstract：Objective To confirm the design conception of shock absorber and internal fixtures of 2000-division field medical box group,so as to carry out related research.Methods The problems of the box group,the design requirements of field medical equipment,packaging requirements of electronics and packaging material properties were analyzed,and appropriate materials and methods were chosen.Results The shock absorber and internal fixtures designed by the method of local cushion packaging.The experimental materials were Polyethylene foam,Polypropylene foam and EVA foam.The shock absorption and fixed effect were verified by the methods of drop test and vibration test.Conclusion The design conception of shock absorber and internal fixtures of 2000-division field medical box group is fully feasible.
