Reflects on Synthetic Military Training of Mobile Medical Logistic Team

Abstract：Objective To study on the demands of current actual combat training for mobile medical logistic team,and improve basic military capabilities gradually.Methods The existing problems of the mobile medical logistic team in current synthetic military training were summarized and analyzed.Combined with the practices and experiences of comprehensive training in military medical university and base training of mobile medical logistic team,a basic method for organizing and implementing the synthetic military training was proposed.Results Keys to solving the problems were not only to carry out the military basic training for single subject well,but also to elaborate the military training content and organize synthetic military training strictly.Conclusion Recognizing the current problems in the synthetic military training of the mobile medical logistic team objectively and taking corresponding effective measures can improve basic military capabilities.
