Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)in aircrews. Methods The general condition, life style, working condition, social mentality and low back pain status of aircrews were collected by using questionnaires from June 2016 to September 2016,meanwhile,risk factors of NLBP were screening and analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and logistic regression. Results A total of 211 aircrews were qualified and further analyzed. The morbidity rate of NLBP was 37.91%(80/211).The risk factors of NLBP were age, aircraft type, peak load, working strength and depression(P<0.05).The peak load(OR=1.897),working strength(OR=1.786)and depression(OR=1.839)were the independent risk factors of NLBP.Conclusion Pay more attention to the preventive measures of peak load and working strength in risk factors of related NLBP in aircrews, especially screening and guidance about psychology illness.
