Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 3D image-guided and minimally invasive(percutaneous or mini-incision)hollow screw internal fixation in the treatment of fractures of pelvic Tilt. Methods A total of 28 patients with fractures of pelvic Tilt were treated with minimally invasive(percutaneous or mini-incision)hollow screw internal fixation from June 2015 to December 2016,and were analyzed retrospectively.According to the classification Tile,16 cases were Tile B2.1 type,6 cases were Tile B2.2 type, and 6 cases were Tile B3 type.Among them,22 cases were unilateral pubic upper extremity fractures, and 6 cases were bilateral pubic unilateral upper extremity fractures.Seventy cases in all sacral fractures were sacral DenisⅠtype, other 11 cases were sacral DenisⅡtype. The clinical effects were evaluated by the fracture reductions, final follow-up function scores of pelvic fracture and postoperative complications. Results All patients were followed, and the average follow-up was 6 months.According to the Matta standard, the qualities of fracture reduction of 22 cases were excellent, the qualities of 6 cases were good, and the excellent and good rate was 100%.According to the Majeed standard, the final follow-up results were 20 excellent cases,6 good cases,2 worse cases, and the excellent and good rate was 92.86%.None of patients were found pain, wound infection, nerve injuries, heterotopic ossification, thrombosis complications. Conclusion The 3D image-guided minimally invasive(percutaneous or mini-incision)hollow screw internal fixation in fractures of pelvic Tilt provides accuration, safety, shorter operation time, smaller wounds, fewer complications, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
