Abstract：Objective To explore the meticulous management mode of medical quality based on cloud platform,standardize the management of medical quality with accurate and efficient data management,and improve the quality management efficiency.Methods The status and problems of medical quality management in China were summarized by literature analysis,and the application status,development trend and construction demand of cloud platform in medical field were researched.Results Based on the problems of medical quality management in China,the enterprise master patient index system based on cloud platform,clinical decision support data center,medical quality closed-loop management system and network health management service system were constructed.Conclusion The medical quality management based on the cloud platform can optimize process,improve the efficiency,reduce the cost,promote service quality,and make the clinical decision objectively,scientifically and accurately,which can achieve meticulous medical quality management.
