Abstract：Objective To explore new ways of scientific research management of military division-level hospitals combined with deep reforms of military system and the national science and technology system under new situation.Methods The scientific and technological innovation work in military division-level hospitals were explored under new situation through theoretical research method combining with practice.Results Five aspects were researched and discussed: emphasized the renewal of scientific research management organization systems,strengthened the ideological guidance of scientific and technological personnel,increased the medical science and technology innovation means,enhanced the quality of scientific research management personnel,improved the medical science and technology innovation work related system.Conclusion The scientific research management in military division-level hospitals must pay more attention to the orientation and changes of national and military research policy,as well as switch the policy of the units quickly.
