Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between training burnout and sleep quality on first march of soldiers in plateau. Methods A total of 700 soldiers who marched into plateau were selected according to cluster random sampling, and evaluated with self-rating sleeping scale questionnaire (SRSS) and soldiers training burnout questionnaire. Results ①Soldiers who often took part in recreational activities had lower training burnout scores, physical and mental exhaustion scores, training of alienation scores and low achievement scores than those who seldom participated in (P<0.01).Party members and monitors were significantly lower than non-party member soldiers and general soldiers in training burnout scores, training of alienation scores and low achievement scores (P<0.01).The training burnout scores, physical and mental exhaustion scores, training of alienation scores and low achievement scores of soldiers who felt terrified to plateau training were much higher than those who felt ordinary or desired to (P<0.05 or 0.01),and soldiers who felt ordinary had much higher scores than soldiers who desired to (P<0.01).② The total sleep scores, sleep quality and sleep efficiency scores in high-score group were significantly higher than those in low-score group (P<0.01).③ Correlation analysis results show that physical and mental exhaustion, training of alienation and training burnout were positively related with total sleep scores, sleep quality and sleep efficiency scores (P<0.01).Conclusion There is some relevant relationship between training burnout and sleeping status on first march of soldiers in plateau.
