Analysis on Psychological Stress and Its Influence Factors of Peacekeeping Military Engineers during Assembled Training

Abstract：Objective To analyze the psychological stress and its influence factors of peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training,in order to provide some data for mental health work.Methods A total of 124 peacekeeping military engineers were evaluated with soldiers` psychological stress,general self-efficacy scale and coping style questionnaire.Results Psychological stress was good in peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training,psychological stress item 4 "I am alert to dangerous things" had a higher incidence.Self-efficacy was negatively correlated with psychological stress.Immature coping,rationalization with psychological stress were positively correlated.Mature coping with psychological stress had no correlation.Immature coping could positively predict psychological stress,self-efficacy could negatively predict psychological stress.Conclusion Psychological stress is good for peacekeeping military engineers during assembled training,the higher self-efficacy,the less prone to psychological stress problems.The more immature coping styles,the more mental states.
