Abstract：Objective To investigate some new thoughts for the standardized residency training in an army hospital.Methods Reorganized the experiences during the past construction,and made some comparison with the literatures.Results During the past 6 years,the army hospital explored the new mode of military management for residents,improved the system of management,underlined the study of policy,optimized the team of teachers,constituted the scientific training program,strengthened the academic atmosphere and ensured the benefits.Most importantly,the work of standardized residency training was an essential part of education and training system.Conclusion On the basis of the current work,this military hospital will be strict accordance with the national requirements,put the training of the teachers and the management of the students with further specification.
