Abstract：Objective To explore the key factors of upgrading intellectually the hospital data processing room.Methods According to the demand of the hospital digitization and the national standard,adjusted and checked the factors during design and implementation of upgrading the hospital data processing room.Results The key factors were controlled effectively,which achieved the desired improvements in upgrading the hospital data processing room.Conclusion Paying attention to the key factors can ensure success in upgrading the hospital data processing room.
