Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Safety Level in Charge Windows

Abstract：Objective To study the method to improve the safety level of charge windows by quality control circle (QCC).Methods The subjective and objective factors that affected the level of safety in charge windows and the overall safety levels after QCC application were analysed.Results The security problem was solved after QCC application.The handbooks of safe operating process of the charge work" and operation process of safety knowledge training on new charge collector" were formulated.Five clausal targets affecting the level of safety in charge windows such as reducing the exposure of large funds,carrying out safety responsibility and enhancing safety consciousness were realized after QCC application.Conclusion Carrying out the QCC activities can improve the quality of toll collectors and the safety level in charge windows.
