Design of the Thematic-map Templates of Earthquake Emergency in Yunnan and Their Integrated Application to the Local Software

Abstract：The thematic map of earthquake emergency has been used worldwide for destructive earthquake response and relief,because it contains various,objective,and fundamental geographic information and themes.Taking into account of the complexity and regionalization of economy,population distribution,natural landscape etc.in Yunnan Province,the authors make thematic map templates of earthquake emergency which are in accordance with the regional features of Yunnan.Integrated with the local evaluation software,the templates will help to improve effectiveness and accuracy of the thenatic maps.Test applied in Ludian earthquake emergency,for less earthquake provinces to provide emergency safeguard science and technology with a demonstration significance.
