The Research on the Crack Resistance of Fiber Mortar

Abstract：Cement products and components are typical brittle materials which are poor in crack resistance and easy to generate lots of cracks, therefore debasing the function, anti-permeability and durability of the buildings. In order to solve the problems above, some suggestions are proposed to strengthen the anti-cracking performance of cement base material and improve the quality of buildings by incorporating fiber. This paper introduces the research progress at home and abroad from the aspect of fiber mortar anti-cracking performance, and analyzes the problems existing in the fiber mortar from the aspect of performance In the end, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and provides reference opinions for the research and engineering application of fiber mortar which is a new type of cement base material.
