Abstract：The paper introduces the detailed implementation of reservoir earthquake monitoring and prediction technology research project in Guangdong Heyuan Xinfengjiang reservoir area, including the operation of observation site reconnaissance, site test, station construction, equipment installation, data processing, etc. The paper also proposes the experience summary of the project implementation at last.
